Terms of Agreement By completing, signing and submitting this form you agree to participate in the 2006 THHHAA Red Carpet Media Meet & Greet. You accept that your reserved location will be set by the Red Carpet coordinator and agree that your company will arrive by 4:30 pm for set up. Media will not be allowed to enter into the Red Carpet area between 4:30 & 6:30 pm due to traffic control precautions. In the event that you are late, you may set up after 7:00 pm in order to be prepared for the second Red Carpet session from 10pm to 11:30pm. We appreciate your cooperation and your participation. You will be contacted upon receipt of this form within one (1) week. Your location will be announced by June 15th, 2006.
