DSTV for short, the online portal will be the first of its kind catering solely to the Christian Hip Hop and Urban Gospel community. No, DaSouthTV.com isn't a programming site for a DaSouth.com television shows, but rather a spot where on-demand videos of all kind will be featured. From music videos, live performances, video blogs (vlogs), bloopers, sermons, comedy, news media, fashion, reality video, and whatever else you can think of! If it's on video, its on DaSouthTV.com.
"DaSouthTV.com is the next major extension of the DaSouth.com Network, and for Christian Hip Hop and Urban gospel as a whole" Zee said, co-owner of DaSouth.com. "We're convinced that the lack of a convincing and highly visible movement is why this genre has been somewhat stagnant. And as a result, people don't confidently invest the monies necessary to finance projects, concerts, urban missions and more. You see it here and there, but not on a wide enough scale. So, this is yet another way to take things to the next level. I'm excited."
